Composition and Nature of Sinarest:
Sinarest Syrup consists of four salts; 1 mg of Chlorpheniramine, 5 mg of Phenylephrine, 125 mg of Paracetamol / Acetaminophen and 60 mg of Sodium Citrate.
Chlorpheniramine is an anti-allergic medicine, Phenylephrine acts as a decongestant, Paracetamol is an analgesic and antipyretic by nature and Sodium Citrate is a mucolytic agent.
